Due to the use of tools such as Google Analytics and Meta marketing tools, your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, in particular to the United States. Transfers are carried out on the basis of appropriate legal mechanisms ensuring an adequate level of protection, in particular an adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

9. FEATURES USING THE CAMERA (AI)

• The website may offer features using the camera to recognize hand positions on the instrument.

• Camera footage is processed locally in the browser using the MediaPipe library. Only technical data necessary for generating model responses (e.g., hand landmark coordinates) is transmitted to the Administrator server. Video footage is not saved or retained. This data is not used for user identification or for training artificial intelligence models.

• The Administrator does not collect biometric data and does not use camera images to train artificial intelligence models.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS AND RIGHT TO AMEND

• The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy in connection with technological developments, changes in law, or changes in website functionality.

• Persons who have signed up for the newsletter will be informed of significant changes electronically.

• The website fuzzzapp.com may contain links to other websites (e.g., partner sites). The Administrator is not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites and recommends reviewing their policies upon visiting them.

• Matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy are governed by Polish law and the GDPR.
